Interior Designer Jonna Mulqueen hired me to help come up with a business name and to design her logo and identity. Johnna is not only an interior designer, but she’s also an artist, and her work reflects that. She wanted a logo and identity that would present her as unique, artistic, funky, edgy, quirky, organic and energetic. Her target audience ranged from clients who wanted to flip a room and possibly add a hand-painted mural to those who wanted to redo an entire, high-end home. Her mood board included organic graphics with simple type, two-sided pieces with a bright-colored back side, as well as birds, trees and twigs.
